We’ve been going there for 11 years and it keeps getting better every year. Isla Mujeres is an island five miles long and one half mile wide. Just 7 miles by boat from Cancun, the laid back feel of the island and it's rich history make it seem a million miles away from the mainland. With only four main streets in the town of Isla Mujeres, all the restaurants and shops are within walking distance of any North Beach hotel. North Beach is one of the best beaches in the Caribbean…fishing and snorkeling is also world class. Rent a golf cart and explore the island, shop in the many quaint shops or spend the day at the beach. Musical Headquarters will be at Jax Bar & Grill Jax is located on the beach and the main street and is the perfect setting for LJT group acoustic shows, happy hours, and people watching! Everyone attending the shows and all other group events must have a laminate. Laminates can be purchased through Third Coast Travel at 254.965-4061. Lodging Headquarters for the group is Nautibeach Condos and Third Coast Travel (a part of the LJT Office) has secured the entire property just for our group this year. Accommodations include Regular Two Bedroom Condos, Two Bedroom Veranda Condos, A Studio and a Single Room. This tropical paradise offers space for recharging your spirit, watching masterpiece sunsets, planning your next day, or doing nothing at all. Nautibeach Condos offers the perfect island retreat, with an emphasis on superior and friendly personal service. HOW TO RESERVE A CONDO AND PURCHASE LAMINATES Third Coast Travel, located within the LJT Office, will book your reservation at Nautibeach and sell laminates for the events. Group events will include acoustic shows with Larry Joe & other songwriter friends, happy hours, and sunset parties. An Island Time souvenir is also included with the purchase of a laminate. Individuals will book their own flights into Cancun and arrange their own transfers from the Cancun airport to the ferry. However, Sherry at Third Coast Travel will be happy to assist you if you have questions about any part of your trip including flight and transfers.
