On Site Procedures for Picking
and Reserving Campsite(s)
1. You will draw a numbered
ticket at the front gate.
2. You will then have a
chance to look around and choose your campsite(s).
Note: There is no limit on the number of campsites you may
reserve.
3. We will call out a range
of ticket numbers to meet at the sign-up table to reserve and
pay for campsite(s).
For
example:
We will announce "We will now be
servicing tickets 1-25".
(There will also be a posted schedule of
approx. times ticket numbers will be serviced)
For example:
2:00 pm Ticket Numbers 1 through 25
2:30 pm Ticket Numbers 26 through 50
etc.
All reservations must be paid for at the
party by Cash, Check, Visa or Master Card
All campsite sales and ticket sales are final. Campsites
and tickets are
non-refundable.
