LARRY
JOE TAYLOR’S TEXAS MUSIC FESTIVAL & CHILI COOK OFF
Festival Camper:
Enclosed you will find one camping decal for each campsite you reserved
for Larry Joe Taylor’s 2003 Texas Music Festival. If you reserved more than one campsite you must distribute
the decals to members of your group prior to arriving at the festival.
All vehicles entering the campground must have a camping decal.
Decals may not be left at “Will Call”. The letters and numbers on each decal represent the campsite location and
the number of days for which you have the campsite reserved.
For example: “A-M1-2” (“A”
is the section, “M1”
is the campsite row and number, and “2”
is the number of days reserved.) Please
note: Campsites reserved for 2
Days are for Friday and Saturday only
; campsites reserved for 3 Days are
for Thursday, Friday, Saturday only;
campsites reserved for 4 Days are for
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday only.
If you arrive earlier than originally planned you may pay for an
additional day at the camping gate at the festival.
Please Note: The only exception is Wednesday…you must have purchased, in
advance, a 4-Day ticket to upgrade to a 4 Day campsite. Vehicles at Campsites:
You may have one vehicle at each campsite in addition to your RV or Tent. Note
to Campers with Motor Homes: Place your decal on your
motor home. 1 additional vehicle
will be allowed in with the motor home as long as it is directly behind and
arrives with the motor home. An
additional decal will be given to a vehicle accompanied by a motor home, as
long as they arrive together. Additional vehicles
may purchase “Day Parking” Decals at the festival and park in the Day
Parking area. Other Important Information ·
